  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments by credit card, and through Paypal.

  • Do I need to pay sales tax?

    Michigan residents will be charged a 6% sales tax on their order. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.

    For certain countries outside the USA, VAT or other fees may be due when you receive your package. EU customers who want to prepay VAT with your order, please use our Etsy shop.

  • What currency are your prices in?

    All prices are in US dollars.

  • How do you protect my privacy?

    We do not share any customer information, including name, address, email, or phone number, with any third parties. Credit card payments are processed securely by our payment processor through an encrypted SSL connection, and your credit card information is never stored on our website.

  • Shipping

  • When will my order ship out?

    All of our items are custom-made at the time of order. This allows us to offer a wide range of sizes, colors, and designs at affordable prices. It usually takes around 4-7 business days for your order to be made and shipped out to you. Check our shipping page for extended holiday processing or other notices. Certain items, such as full-color bags and leggings, are made by our printing partner and may take around 2-3 weeks.

    If you made an account at the time of your order, you can log into your account to check the status of your order. If you have a deadline or need expedited shipping, let us know before ordering so we can work with you to get your order on time.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We ship by US Postal Service to both US and international destinations. Shipping cost depends on your location and the weight of the products you are ordering. Click "Checkout" to view the shipping costs for items in your cart.

  • Will you ship to my country?

    We ship worldwide to most countries around the globe. If you are not able to check out, your country may not be added to our system. Just send us a note through the contact page.

  • Will I need to pay customs fees or VAT?

    For certain countries outside the USA, VAT or other fees may be due when your package arrives. Contact your local post office for the specific laws and taxes in your country.

    Since these fees are beyond our control, we cannot responsible for taxes incurred by receiving packages in your country, and we cannot refund packages that are refused due to customs charges. EU customers who want to prepay VAT with your order, please use our Etsy shop.

  • I put the wrong address! What do I do?

    Contact us and let us know your correct address. If your package has not shipped out, we will update your address. If your package has already been shipped, and is returned to us due to an address error, you'll need to pay shipping again to have your package reshipped to the correct address.

  • There's a problem with the order I received.

    We're sorry about that - we strive for a great customer experience, but sometimes mistakes happen! If you received a wrong or defective item or have any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'd be happy to correct the problem for you.

  • Can I exchange an item for a new size?

    To keep our prices low and offer the huge variety of designs and styles that we do, all of our items are custom-made to order - this means your items are made especially for you! Please make sure that you consult the sizing chart on the item listing before ordering, or contact us with any questions! We want to be sure you are ordering the size and style that best fits you, and are happy to give you extra details about any item via email if you need it! ^_^

    If you find you need to exchange your item for a new size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. There may be a small reprinting/reshipping fee for exchanges (this fee depends on the item(s) ordered).

    Any exchanges must be returned within 10 days after receiving confirmation from us. We cannot accept any items returned to us without prior authorization, or items that have been used. Please be sure to email us first! ^_^

  • What is your return policy?

    We offer returns for most of our items. We don't offer returns on customized items, used items, lucky bags and mystery items, or clearance. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping is not refunded.
