Shipping
We are located in the United States and can ship to most places in the world. If you aren't able to check out with your specific country, just contact us.
Most of our items are printed by hand after your order has been placed. This allows us to offer the huge variety of styles, colors, and designs that we do - your items are printed especially for you! ^_^ Therefore, items are usually shipped out 3-7 business days after your order is placed. Be sure to factor this extra time into your expected delivery date. Certain items, such as full-color-print bags and full-color leggings, are made by our printing partner and may take around 2-3 weeks.
If you made an account at the time of your order, you can log into your account to check the status of your order. If you have a deadline or need expedited shipping, let us know before ordering so we can work with you to get your order on time.
U.S. Customers
All U.S. orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. We offer Priority Mail (standard shipping), and First Class Mail (economy shipping for orders under 13 ounces). Your order will usually arrive 2-4 days after shipping.Exceptions are some full-color bags, leggings, and full-color dresses that ship from our printing partner abroad and will take about 7-15 days to arrive after shipping. However the majority of items will ship from our US studio.
International Customers
All international orders are shipped by United States Postal Service.We offer both First Class Mail and Priority Mail as options for our international customers. These options can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to be delivered to you, depending on your country's post office.
Some countries may charge duties or taxes for packages received from abroad. Since it's impossible for us to keep track of customs laws in all countries, please check with your local post office or customs office for what duties or customs fees may apply.
